La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Omaha Airport Downtown

Hannah at the front desk was SUPER friendly and helpful when we arrived. We did not have a reservation and she got us into a room right away with no issues. The hotel itself definitely seems to be a little old, but our room was spotless. It's unfortunate that other folks had some bad experiences with this hotel, because our stay had no hiccups whatsoever. Breakfast doesn't start until 6:30, so we weren't able to sit down and eat prior to us leaving for our flight, but they did let us grab a couple of bagels and coffees for the road Overall, amazing stay. Next time we fly out of Eppley, this is definitely the first hotel we're looking at.

We were very happy to have chosen this hotel. The service was amazing. The employees were very kind and helpful. They take you to and from the airport and you can park Your car there for five dollars a day. Arbaaz, I believe is one of the managers he was very accommodating and helpful to us and Yamissia, she was so sweet to us when picking us up from the airport. She made sure the van was warm with a friendly conversation. She let us stay in the hotel while we warmed our cars up and offered us coffee and hot chocolate and just made us feel welcome until we were ready to leave. This is what I look for when I go places. Due to their friendly faces and accommodating services, we will be using this hotel and parking every time we go on vacation thanks for making us feel welcome.

We made a last minute reservation realizing we were too tired to keep driving. The hotel is currently under renovation so there is some construction and the pool area is closed, we arrived very late so it would have been closed for us anyways. Just about everything in our room was brand new and beautiful. Room was clean and bed was comfy. They had a hot breakfast which was really good, I didn't go down but my husband brought me some eggs, sausage and potatoes that were all very tasty. We were very happy with our stay and would do so again. Oh and there was police regularly patrolling the area so we felt very safe and had no issues getting door dash at 1:30 am

The room was dated but we slept very well. While this hotel is pet friendly, I requested a room where pets have not been in due to my sensitivity. The manager was very accommodating and checked in on us each day. We appreciated his help. The breakfast staff, and housekeeping staff were all so kind and helpful. The location to the College World Series and the airport made it a perfect spot for us. It was my first time to Omaha, and the hotel even has a table with information of where to dine in the city along with addresses and contact information for those establishments. The only drawback was that the shower curtain rod looked like it was ready to fall off soon.

Great location. The room was clean, quiet, and confortable. Mike was awesome getting us checked in. He is great with customer service. Highly recommend.

Rooms were a little dated for a La Quinta, but a room for less than $100, I can't complain much. I would stay again if in the area. Honestly, I'd rather stay here for the price than the updated one I paid nearly double for on the previous night.

Sunny and his team were amazing. The lobby and room were both clean. The costumer service was great, especially Sunny. We had to leave at 430am to get to the airport, and he ensured that my husband, children, and myself had a hot breakfast prior to leaving for the airport. They also have an airport shuttle that was extremely convenient. We saved money by leaving my car there and paid their fees rather the expensive airport fees. The shuttle was on time for both drop off and pick up. La Quinta Onaha Airport exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back again!

Nice hotel. The bed was comfy. The AC worked. The shower had ok pressure even on the fourth floor and the water wasn't too softened. And it's conveniently located right next to a quaint little place called the Spearmint Rhino.
